Discounts (to qualify for any discount, customer may not have any outstanding invoices on the date of the discounted invoice and the discount is only valid if payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date): All invoices over $1,000 may qualify for a discount if one of the following applies: - If you pay your invoice within ten calendar days of the invoice date; OR
- If we invoice an average of $750 during two or more consecutive months for a single project (or $1,500 for a single project within any two-month period).
Video projects (minimum 300 recorded minutes) requiring time codes or b-roll logging may qualify for an additional or special discount: - By submitting a digital audio file (MP3 or WAV only) of what is to be transcribed along with your DVD, digital video file, or tape.
