Turnaround time is usually three business days.  Including timecodes adds one business day.  Large orders (over one hour of sound per business day) may require more time.  Deadlines can only be guaranteed with confirmation over the phone or by email.

Please note that turnaround time begins at 9:00 a.m. the morning after we receive your material.  (e.g. If we receive a tape on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and you want regular turnaround, the turnaround time starts Friday 9:00 a.m. and you would receive the completed work no later than Wednesday 9:00 a.m.)

We offer Rush Services (call for availability) for the additional charge of:
    If you need it in 2 business days – you will be charged 1.25 times our normal rates.
    If you need it in 1 business day – you will be charged 1.5 times our normal rates.

Weekends:  Work must be prescheduled – please call for availability.  A surcharge will apply.  National Holidays constitute weekends.
