Turnaround time is usually three to five business days.  Material received in formats other than DVD or mp3 and/or projects requiring timecodes may take longer.  Over five hours of recording may also require more time.  Deadlines can only be guaranteed with confirmation over the phone or by email.

Please note that turnaround time begins at 9:00 a.m. the morning after we receive your material.  (e.g. If we receive a tape on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and you want regular turnaround, the turnaround time starts Friday 9:00 a.m.)

We offer Rush Services (call for availability) for an additional charge.

Weekends:  Work must be prescheduled – please call for availability.  A surcharge will apply.  National Holidays constitute weekends.
