Gallo Professional Services is a provider of comprehensive transcription services. Gallo Professional Services converts audio and video material into formatted printed material. Outsourcing these services enables clients to:
• reduce editing time (for video producers)
• minimize transcription costs
• reduce overhead and other administrative costs
We transcribe whatever you need typed. We have the ability to work from videotapes, digital audio or video files, multiple types of tapes, and printed material (see Formats Accepted ). Completed work may be delivered on paper, or sent by fax or email.
Document creation and delivery are treated with confidentiality.
Scope of Service
Video transcription – we create “true verbatim” or “clean verbatim” transcription of interviews, seminars, meetings, or any other video you send us. We have the ability to add timecodes (if provided) to help you find just the soundbites you need for your project, or for future use. This is especially helpful if you manage a corporate video library. We use a team approach for video transcription; one person transcribes the audio, a second person uses the DVD (or other orginal format) to edit, add timecodes and/or do logging. General, Medical, and Legal - Gallo Professional Services can provide you with total transcription services or back up for your current staff during busy times, illnesses, expansion or vacations. Our service is cost effective, eliminating the need to pay overtime or miss important deadlines. We strive to exceed your expectations with exceptional accuracy and fast turn-around times, in a conscientious and courteous manner.
Gallo Professional Services require our transcriptionists to have knowledge of the English language, live and be allowed to work in the United States, and, when possible, match transcriptionists with subject matter with which they are familiar (i.e. financial background for work regarding the banking industry, medical terminology for medical facility work where appropriate, or transcriptionists familiar with Cleveland for work that involves Cleveland landmarks or company names). |
